Martello is a manufacturer of high quality textiles. Production chain of the baby blankets is highly controlled in terms of use of ecological materials and additives during knitting, sewing and washing. During manufacturing all the materials are used and produced in a way respectful to natural enviroment.

The baby blankets are made from 100% organic cotton. The cotton is certified with the EU Ecolabel given to the yarn producer by the RAL gGmbH organization and with a global certification of the Global Organic Textile Stadard GOTS from the Control Union Certifications.

The threads are certificated with Öko-Tex Standard. Machine oil does not contain heavy metals nor other hazardous to health substances. The last stage of production which is the washing of the blankets is done with the ecological washing liquid, odorless and of a high biodegradability.

Martello is the only official producer in European Union of the baby blankets adorned with the baby name, date of birth, time of birth, its weight and its height. The pattern with the name and the numbers is patented by Martello Sp. z o.o.
